Flexible suture guide and holder

An assembly of a suture holder (258) and flexible suture guide (261) comprises a circular holder having an inner cylindrical surface provided with a circular groove (260). A circular suture guide (261) is received in the groove and sutured to the holder. A fixed, or detachable handle may be provided.
