PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device in which heat dissipation of the plasma display panel can be efficiently performed. SOLUTION: The device has an inner unit 26 having a frame chassis 28 and a PDP 32 attached to the front face of the frame chassis 28, and a casing 12 housing the inner unit 26 and composed of a front casing 14 and a back casing 16. A heat conductive sheet 34 is interposed between the frame chassis 28 and the PDP 32 of the inner unit 26, and a circuit board 36 to drive the light emission of the PDP 32 is disposed on the back face of the frame chassis 28. A plurality of aeration holes 18, 20 are formed in the upper and lower parts of the back casing 16.
