PURPOSE: A device for lifting a loading part of a package carrier is provided to prevent the breakage of a package or the injury on a worker by safely loading and unloading a package via a package loading part lifting device. CONSTITUTION: Guide combining units(125) are formed at both rear sides of a package loading part by vertical penetration. A hydraulic cylinder(150) is installed from the rear upper portion to the rear lower portion of the package loading part. A piston(152) of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the package loading part. Guide pipes(160,160a) are installed at both rear sides of a frame. The guide pipes are combined to the guide combining units of the package loading part. The guide pipes guide the lifting of the package loading part.
