PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling variable nozzle turbine actuator is provided to control an actuator accurately and stably. CONSTITUTION: An actuator control system comprises an engine torque and rpm sensing portion(110) to sense engine torque and rpm, a pressure sensing portion(120) to sense a booster pressure, an actuator(130) to operate a variable nozzle, a controlling portion(200) to control an inner pressure of the actuator by the engine torque and the booster pressure, and a pressure control portion(300) to control inner pressure of the actuator by a control signal of the controlling portion. An accurate control of the actuator is available thereby.
