PURPOSE: Provided is a bindable foamed socket for fusing a plastic pipe which is inserted between the plastic pipes to construct and correspond the difference of external diameter and the connection of a dislocated pipe so that it extends the area of building the pipe. CONSTITUTION: In the production system of the bindable foamed socket for fusing the plastic pipe which includes a hoffer, an extruder, a T-die, a three-steps roller, a molding processing device, a pre-heater, a terminal groove cutting machine, a winding roll for heating wire, a winding roll for foaming PE sheet, a compression roller, a tapper milling machine and a cutter, the binding foamed socket for fusing the plastic pipe is characterized by comprising the parts of: a binding plate which is formed at one side of both edges of foaming PE sheet for fusing a resin pipe and supplied from a binding plate producer(18); and a circular vending machine which produces the binding plate in a circular socket type.
