<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling equipment which can freely change the degree that heat exchanging parts disturb the flow of cooling air and obtain simply heat dissipating performance adequate to the calorific value of a heating element while restraining the driving sound of a fan. SOLUTION: This cooling equipment 21 is provided with a main body 22 having a heat receiving surface 35 which receives the heat of a semiconductor package 17, a cooling air channel 30 formed in the main body, a fan 23 for sending the cooling air to the channel, and a plurality of the heat exchanging parts 24 which are connected thermally with the main body and exposed to the channel. The heat exchanging part is constituted of different components independent of the main body, and provided with a thermally conductive post 43 which is retained by the main body and protrudes in the channel, and at least one radiation part 44 protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the post.</p> |
