PURPOSE: A scan driver capable of the number of drive scan lines is provided to selectively drive a scan line of a panel by operating a shift register which outputs a register signal using a selecting signal of N bits. CONSTITUTION: A demultiplexer(61) divides a selecting signal from a microcomputer. A plurality of multiplexers(62) sequentially perform multiplexing operations according to the divided selecting signal from the demultiplexer(61). A plurality of registers(63) are shifted according to the multiplexing signals from the plurality of multiplexers(62) and sequentially output register signals by scan lines to be driven. A plurality of level shifters(64) shift the register signals from the plurality of registers(63) by a predetermined set level. A switching section(65) switches a high or low voltage level according to the shift signals from the plurality of level shifters(64).
