PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure and/or structure for a vibrator by which a vibration chip is not broken by shock in a direction perpendicular to the mounting face of a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The mount structure and/or structure for the vibrator 1 is characterized in that an angle between a flat mount face of the printed circuit board 9 and a short side direction of a major side of the rectangular vibration chip 6 is controlled within 50- to 130-degrees.
