PURPOSE: A protecting device of a radiator tank for a vehicle is provided to protect an upper and a lower tanks from a calcium chloride flowed into an engine room by mounting a protection cover to the radiator tank. CONSTITUTION: In a radiator(10) composed of upper and lower tanks(11) separated vertically and installed to be parallel, a plurality of tubes vertically installed between the upper and lower tanks, fins installed between the tubes, and upper and low heads(12) installed between the upper and lower tanks and tubes and combined with the upper and lower tanks, a connection unit is formed at the front of the upper and lower tanks, and a protection cover(20) of synthetic resins material is connected with the upper and lower tanks with the connection unit. Thereby, the upper and lower tanks are protected by the protection cover.
