PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture processor for efficient viewing by obtaining a configuration to rapidly confirm the details of the contents (scenes) of animation reproduction without interrupting the reproduction. SOLUTION: A storage means 202 stores scene information which comprises at least the picture of the representative frame of the scene and hierarchical level information of the scene concerning each one of the scenes which are comprised in an animation to be reproduced. A display means 205 displays the picture of the representative frame of the scene in the storage means 202 in time sequential order. A reproducing means 204 reproduces the scene which is included in a reproduction object action and which corresponds to the display representative frame picture in the display means 205 based on a reproduction indication from an outer part.
