PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain data file information necessary for a user with a small amount of labor while widely extracting data file information in retrieval conditions when a data file is retrieved on a network. SOLUTION: The retrieval conditions are accepted from a retriever's computer, identification information of the data file associated with attribute information to coincide with the accepted retrieval conditions is extracted, at least a part of the retrieval conditions is transmitted to each of the manager's computers of managers of the data files corresponding to the extracted identification information, correspondence information to indicate that the data file to be managed by the manger is corresponding to the retrieval conditions is accepted from the manager's computer and the identification information of the data file managed by the manager of the manager's computer to transmit the correspondence information is transmitted to the retriever's computer by a server for retrieving data to be connected by the manager's computer, the retriever's computer and a network.
