PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fresnel lens that is employed in a back projection type screen or the like used for a projection television and is provided a function minimizing and overshadowing the moire so as to be able to view a display with high image quality. SOLUTION: The Fresnel lens includes an incident face that forms a flat surface and an emitting face that forms prism lens geometry, and lens pitches between adjacent units of lens are different from each other.
