PURPOSE: A system for credit card service with secondary banking agency's business card is provided to integrate the function of a credit card issued from a credit card company with the function of a card affiliated with a second financial organization. CONSTITUTION: A system operator(20) communicates with a credit card company(20) and a second financial organization(30). A membership merchant(50) of the credit card company is connected with the credit card company via a VAN(Value Added Network) system. The system integrates the function of a credit card with such functions as the approval and disapproval on the credit card transaction, the settlement replacement of accounts, the notification of the loss of a credit card, the intermediation of the personal information and related track data corresponding to the issuing of a card, and the automatic monthly transfer of the charges on a credit card bill.
