PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair intermediary system, a repair intermediary sever, a repair intermediary method, a repair intermediary program and a record medium recording the program which are efficient and useful for both a user an a repair shop. SOLUTION: Repair request information including failure status of a product is received from a user terminal 2, repair cost estimate request information is transmitted to plural repair shop terminals 3a-3d based on this repair request information, a list of cost estimates is generated by summarizing the estimate information received from each one of the repair shop terminals 3a-3d and the list of the cost estimates is transmitted to the user terminal 2. |
