PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a job offer/job application support system allowing both a job offering company and a job applicant retrieving candidates and companies conforming to desired conditions of their own and aggressively contacting the retrieved candidates and companies. SOLUTION: This system comprises a job application information database 36 for registering several types of job application information such as an address, a name and application conditions of each job applying user with distinguishing between open job application information and closed job application information, a job application information selecting means 20 for retrieving the database 36 and selecting the open information conforming to retrieval conditions when the retrieval conditions regarding the application information are received from a personal computer 12 of the job offering user, a job application information transmitting means 24 for transmitting the selected open information to the computer 12 of the job offering user, and a means for transmitting a selection notice 28 that the job applying user is selected as a recruiting candidate by the job offering user to a personal computer 14 of the job applying user who has registered the open information when a command to select specific open information is transmitted from the computer 12 of the job offering user. |
