PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use offered bid information except the highest bid in an auction system. SOLUTION: An offer process system 12 receives an offer or a bid from a bid system 16(1)-(6) through an auction system 14(1), (2). At least, a part of plural offers which were not accepted at first, that is, not the highest bid are analyzed for each of plural goods. At least one of plural goods which meet at least one of criteria is selected based on the analysis. Then, the selected goods are put up to auction again. |
