<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental health care system suitable for a medical consultation regarding psychiatry, capable of preventing the leakage of privacy of a consulting person, in which the consulting person can consult without anxiety, and capable of linking to a subsequent most suitable medical treatment. SOLUTION: When a user terminal 40 sends a question, a number DB server 133 creates to store consultation numbers for a manager, for a user and for an expert by relating to the consultation number. When a manager terminal 200 assigns the question to any of expert terminals 302, a question server 122 attaches the consultation number for the expert to the question and allows the question for reading from the assigned expert terminal 302. When an answer is prepared at the expert terminal 302, an answer server 124 attaches the consultation number for the manager to the answer. When the manager terminal 200 allows the answer for reading and the answer is modified, the answer server 124 attaches the consultation number for the user to the question and allows the answer for reading to the user terminal 40 which produced the question.</p> |
