PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo seal generating device by which a user of a portable phone can simply generate a unique wait menu of the portable phone. SOLUTION: The photo seal generating device, having an image pickup means, transmits photo data to the mobile phone via a portable phone data communication cable. The user of the portable phone can simply generate a wait menu of the portable phone from the photo data generated, by using the photo seal generating device, without the need for knowledge of computer operation.
