PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate waterproof treatment when fixing an LED display to an installation member. SOLUTION: An outer frame 22 forming a casing for the LED display is provided with a slot 29 having a C-shaped cross section and an overhang jutted out over the slot. The base section of a bolt 23 for attaching the main part is loosely inserted between the overhang and the bottom of the slot 29 and the bolt is made to go through a hole 24 made on an attachment member metal fitting 26. The LED display is fixed to the metal fitting 26 by screwing the bolt with a nut 25 for attaching the main part. The slot 29 may also be equipped on both of the upper side and the bottom side of the outer frame 22 for the LED display.
