PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flatness of a sealing cove for a display body and to easily and accurately position the cover when attaching it. SOLUTION: This sealing cover 1 for the display body is made of sheer metal and is provided with a convex cross-section shaped cover section 3 and a flange section 5 surrounding the peripheral of the cover section 3 and fixed to a based plate. A flatness correction section 9, 11 for correcting the flatness of the cover section 3 or the flange section 5 by collaping in the direction of board thickness is fixed around at least one of the cover section 3 or the flange section 5.
