PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film scanner, a correcting method of its reading position and a storage medium which have good workability and can correct reading positions of all frames in the same direction and quantity. SOLUTION: A plurality of continuously reading frames are overlapped by frames 5, 6, 7 for respectively indicating a reading region and disposed in a GUI screen 1. After a block correcting mode button 10 is clicked and the frame 5 is dragged by a mouse in the required direction and distance, all frames 5, 6, 7 can be moved in the required direction and distance in block and the reading position of each frame is corrected in block. When frames are individually corrected, the required frame is dragged after an individually correcting mode button 9 is clicked.
