PURPOSE: A shaft transfer controller is provided to reduce working time thus to obtain improved productivity and cost reduction by applying a safety switch to a transfer handle so as to come close to a workpiece while securing safety. CONSTITUTION: A shaft transfer controller comprises a safety switch, a PLC input module, a timer, and an interlock. The safety switch transfers a machining device(10) using a manual transfer handle(20) through an operation of a contact point of a relay. The input module checks contact point signal of the relay so as to turn on servo control signal. The timer delays power supply to the machining device so as to reduce electric impact to the machining device. The interlock locks cycle start signal through opening of the contact point so as to transfer the machining device manually using the transfer handle when a door(30) is opened.
