PURPOSE: Provided is a cheering tool which uses strong glint of the flash to show visual concentration effect and splendid effect so that it is widely applied as the cheering tool. CONSTITUTION: The cheering tool using the flash is operated by the following steps of: (i) changing voltage of a battery in a voltage change circuit into voltage to light the flash; (ii) storing the changed voltage at a condenser and watching a display lamp for completing charging blink when voltage is attained to light the flash; and (iii) discharging voltage stored at the condenser to light the flash when a flash light switch is turned on. In the wake of discharging the stored voltage, the above process is repeated after several seconds.
