PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and a communication system, by which troublesome setting input operation related with communication in the communication terminal is dispensed with in the case of dial-up connection to communications equipment on a network from the communication terminal. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is provided with a reception means (a transmission and reception means 157) for receiving connection information of a dial-up telephone number, attribute information, URL, IP address, gateway information, DNS, etc., required for communication connection from a portable telephone set 40 to a photograph-sharing service 90 over the Internet 48, and a transmission and reception means (the means 157) for transmitting and receiving information, such as images between with the service 90, based on connection information received from the set 40. Thus, in the case of dial-up connection from an electronic camera 10 to the Internet 48, the troublesome setting input operation related with communication to the camera 10 is dispensed with. |
