<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation system capable of generating a natural image, without having to depend on a display operation method of a displaying part and to provide a program, and to provide an information storage medium. SOLUTION: When the displaying part uses a NTSC(National Television Standards Committee) system, a time T1 is made to pass in each vertical synchronization and simulation processing for image generation is performed, when the displaying part uses a PAL(Phase Alteration by Line) system, a time T2 is made to pass in each vertical synchronization, and simulation processing is performed. T1 and T2 are represented by integers (T1=5, T2=6 and one second = 300), and the generation of an accumulated error is prevented. In the NTSC system, the existence of event generation is decided by a time lapse parameter TP(transaction processing), in which T1 is added in every vertical synchronization, and in the PAL method, the existence/absence of event generation is decided by a TP, in which T2 is added in every vertical synchronization. In the NTSC system, the movement variation of an object is calculated by T1, and in the PAL system, the movement variation of the object is calculated by T2. A motion frame number and a motion interpolation ratio are specified by a time elapse parameter TP, updated by T1 or T2, and is subjected to motion processing.</p> |
