END STRIPPER FOR COVERED WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive end stripper for a covered wire with which the end of a covered wire is sufficiently stripped and the cost of attachment is reduced. SOLUTION: This device comprises a stripper body 6, which has a sheathing offtake 4 fixed with a cutting edge 5 at the circumferential part of a cylinder, and a guide cylinder 8 which has a covered wire guide hole 7 through which a covered wire 1 is inserted, and is detachably attached to a prescribed circumferential position of the stripper body 6. The guide cylinder 8 is formed in such a way that the axis S2 of the guide hole 7 is eccentric with respect to the axis S1 of the stripper body 6. A plurality of guide cylinders 8 with different diameters of the guide hole 7 are prepared.
