PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judging method and program for the skiboards and the snowboards which enable the accurate judgment of the skiboards and the snowboards suited to the individual skiers or snowboard players free from the personal difference such as the degree of the skill of the judging persons. SOLUTION: The judging method for the skiboards or the snowboards can judge the skiboards suitable for the weights and the leg forces and the skiing technique or snowboard playing technique of the skiers or the snowboard players. The method comprises the determination of the bending characteristics of the skiboards or the snowboards to match the weights and the leg forces by inputting the weights, the leg forces and the skiing technique or the snowboard playing technique, the determination of the twisting characteristics of the skiboards or the snowboards to match the level of the skiing technique or the snowboard playing technique and the judgment of the skiboards or the snowboards suited to the bending characteristics and the twisting characteristics.
