PURPOSE: A gas discharging apparatus for a ferment food container is provided to prevent the ferment food container from being broken or damaged by smoothly discharging gas generated in the ferment food container to an exterior. CONSTITUTION: A gas discharging apparatus includes an internal pressure member(1), an elastic moving member(2) and a cover(3). The internal pressure member(1) has a plate shape. The internal pressure member(1) endures against internal pressure increased as gas is generated in a ferment food container and closes a container outlet(110) formed in the ferment food container(100). A cylindrical peripheral surface(1c) is formed at an outer surface of the internal pressure member(1) corresponding to the shape of the container outlet(110). A perforation hole(1a) is formed at a center of the internal pressure member(1). In addition, a resting section(1b) is protruded from a periphery of the perforation hole(1a).
