PURPOSE: A power amplification circuit for mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce a size of a terminal by unifying a driving amplifier and a power amplifier in an IC(Integrated Circuit). CONSTITUTION: An input impedance matching unit(21) matches an impedance of a signal input terminal(I) formed in a double frequency band in case a signal is inputted from outside a mobile communication terminal. A driving amplification chip(22) amplifies a power of the signal transported through the input impedance matching unit(21). A power amplification chip(23) amplifies the power of the signal transported from the driving amplification chip(22). An output impedance matching unit(24) matches an impedance of a signal output terminal(O).
