Disclosed is a housing assembly for a cooking oil cleaner and a filter assembly therefor, capable of preventing elements detrimental to the human body from coming into the edible oil while the edible oil is filtered. The filtered edible oil passes through an oil processing assembly filled with materials such as ceramic. In the case where an internal oil channel is blocked, the edible oil can be bypassed in the oil cleaner for an edible oil. In the housing assembly, surfaces of the housing 10 and the cover 50 are subjected to a surface-coating treatment by means of a material, and an assembling portion between the housing 10 and the cover 50 is treated to come into a liquid-tight state by means of a leakage-preventing ring made from a material, which is not detrimental to the human body. |
