The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to cosmetology and can be used for regulating fat content in an organism. Said invention is characterised in that a combine therapeutic action performed directly on the adipose tissues and the zones responsible for fat metabolism of the organism. In order to perform the action directly, light-induced photothermal, photoacoustic and photodynamic effects can be used individually or in various combinations. Said effects occur while radiation is absorbed by fat in absorption bands of the near infrared range of 900-2500 nm, including vicinity regions of 920, 1200, 1700 and 2300 nm. In relation to the radiation effect and the radiation area, various radiation sources can be used separately or combined in matrix: a lamp provided with light filters, hyperbright light-emitting diodes or lasers. Main operating regimes are the following: continuous operation and a continuous operation with the high frequency intensity modulation including high frequency packs for generating ultrasonic oscillation. In order to carry out a selective supply of photosensitising agents, laser-acoustic effects, photophoresis, phonophoresis and electrophoresis are used. The fat is removed by the transformation thereof into other compositions or by breaking it down with the aid of heat and the additional action of acoustic and ultrasonic oscillation. Elements of mechanical and vacuum massage including the massage for drawing local zones out of the total fat for the following light radiation thereof are also disclosed. The invention discloses a minimal invasive method based on the insertion of thin needles provided with light guides into subcutaneous fat tissues and on combined photo ultrasonic lyposuction. Selective effect control is carried out by means of ultrasound and magnetoresonance tomography. |
