Film (A) that is self-adhesive on both sides includes (i) an adhesive mass (B), based on thermoplastic rubber (C) and tackifier resin (D), and having high elasticity but low plasticity, and (ii) applied on one side, a non-tacky alkyd resin lacquer (E). An Independent claim is also included for an article in which at least part of the surface, particularly a flat part, is covered by (A).
