PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the irregularity of the surface to be cleaned when the surface to be cleaned is exfoliated/cleaned by high-speed rotation of rotary nozzles. SOLUTION: A plurality of the first rotary nozzles 3 for exfoliating/cleaning the surface to be cleaned by jetting a high-pressure fluid and the second rotary nozzle 4 for exfoliating/cleaning the welded part W by jetting the high-pressure fluid along the part W are mounted on a self-traveling truck 2. The nozzles 3 are arranged on both sides of the nozzle 4 so that the high-pressure fluid is jetted to the vicinity of the part W across the part W.
