PURPOSE: A load cell replacement apparatus is provided to efficiently remove the existing load cell and easily install the new load cell even in a narrow space, while reducing working time and preventing accident. CONSTITUTION: Two support plates(10) are disposed on a floor, and two connection plates(20) are disposed onto the support plates, respectively. The support plate and the connection plate are assembled through four bolts. A sliding block(50) is loaded onto the support plate, and four jack bolts(40) are installed. The load cell replacement apparatus is installed underneath the load cell to be removed. The center of a pulley is aligned by moving the sliding block. Four jack bolts are rotated by hands prior to the application of load, so as to lift an overall structure. The pulley is pushed toward the right of the groove of the sliding block and fixed by using a positioning bolt(60). Four jack bolts are gradually lifted, and paused at the state where the load cell is movable in a free manner. The load cell is replaced, and the replacement apparatus is lowered by rotating the positioning bolt and jack bolts. Then, jack bolts and the sliding block are removed, and the four bolts, connection plates and support plates are removed.
