PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container which not only maintains the aspect of hygiene by saving labor for replenishment of medical auxiliary products such as gauze and absorbent cotton but also enables an operation for opening a cover to be performed hygienically and easily with one hand. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 is continuously installed integrally so as to be made swingable via a bent hinge part 7 at an edge 2a of an opening at an upper end of a container body 2. An eaves-shaped operating piece 4 is provided continuously at a rear end of the cover body 3 in such a manner as to protrude outward. Locking mechanism 5 and 6 for keeping the opening of the container body 2 closed with the cover body 3 are provided while avoiding front parts of the container body 2 and the cover body 3, so as to form the container 1. The operating piece 4 is pressed from above to enable the cover body 3 to be easily opened without creating an unhygienic environment in which a person's hand passes above the container 1 when the cover body 3 is open. |
