PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air conditioning system utilizing a waste heat, wherein heating/air conditioning operation is ensured for the interior of a store house by effectively making use of waste heat produced from freezing equipment with energy saving. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system utilizing waste heat which includes an outdoor heat exchanger 5a, an indoor heat exchanger 3a, and a refrigerant piping 8 for flowing a refrigerant as a heat medium, there is provided a refrigerant piping connected with the indoor heat exchanger 3a in series with the outdoor heat exchanger 5a located in back of the same, and a part of heat possessed by the heat medium from the freezing equipment 4 is dissipated in the outdoor heat exchanger 5a with remaining heat being dissipated in the indoor heat exchanger 3a.
