PURPOSE: A method for making luminous printed materials using phosphorus is provided to allow fluorescent paint and phosphorescence to emit light in the darkness or in the night, while luminous paint to emit light in the light. CONSTITUTION: In the method, phosphorus is added to a common fluorescent paint and luminous paint. Thus, in the method, phosphorescent paint, luminous paint and fluorescent paint are all used. In a luminous printed materials made thereby, fluorescent paint and phosphorescence emit light in the darkness or in the night, while luminous paint to emit light in the light. Also, when coating the luminous printed materials with a colored film, brilliant colors can be obtained. Thus, the method and the luminous printed materials made thereby are suitable for all industry, because they provide an excellent advertisement effect without the cost of maintenance.
