methods for manufacture of stiff spatial configured ammunition supply lines by cold plate forming, applicable in designing and manufacture of feed members of automatic gun ammunition supply on air-craft, ship and ground mounts. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in manufacture of a simulator in accordance with the shape of the ready-made product, cutting-out of a blank in the form of a plane plate and stretch forming of the blank. The simulator is manufactured by forming of the line that is the axis of the rod connecting the cartridge inlet to the line and the cartridge outlet from the line with due account made for the fan-shaping of the cartridge belt, turning radius of the belt with the link outside and inside passing around the obstructions. The full angle of cartridge turn in the horizontal plane is determined. The rod length is determined. The quantity of spaces (distances between the axes of cartridges in the belt) in the mid-line is determined. The angular pitch is determined. Sections in the form of plates are formed on the plane, their shape conforms to the line inner surface, identical to the simplified outline of the cartridge with the link, the mentioned plates are positioned on the rod every other space with a turn through one angular pitch in the horizontal plane and perpendicularly to the axis in the given point. The method is realized with the aid of a device for forming of the inner surface of the automatic gun ammunition supply line in the form of a cartridge belt simulator made of a set of plates installed on a rod. The rod axis is determined with due account made for the fan-shaping of the cartridge belt. Each plate is installed in the plane of the normal and binormal to the rod axis. The outer outline of the plates is made in the form of a simplified outline of the cartridge with the link, and the distance between the plates in the rod axis exceeds or equals the space between the cartridges and is determined by the bulges on the plates installed in the holes of the adjacent plates are rigidly fastened to one another.
