PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device provided with learning functions in which whether to learn or not, or learning speed can be decided by an operator, allowing correct learning without mis-learning or over-learning. SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle control device provided with learning functions comprising a control means to conduct operation processes including learning processes, a selecting means to select permission and prohibition of the learning processes by external operation is provided. The control means prohibits the learning processes when prohibition is selected by the selecting means. |
