PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan rotation monitoring device detecting a fan rotating part as a rotational pulse by using a non contact sensor, flickering a lamp by using a signal of the sensor, and providing visual confirmation of a fan rotating speed by its flickering state. SOLUTION: This fan rotation monitoring device is provided with a fan comprising a fan motor 2 and the fan rotating part 3 to cool an electronic apparatus, a fan control part 1 outputting a fan motor driving voltage 8 for rotating the fan rotating part 3 to the fan motor 2, the rotation sensor 4 detecting the rotating speed of the fan rotating part 3 without contact, a sensor detecting part 5 reshaping an output of the rotation sensor 4 and outputting it as a rotation detection signal 9, an LED driving part 6 displaying a rotating state of the fan motor 2 on the basis of the rotation detection signal 9, and a display part comprising an LED 7.
