PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper yarn woven/knitted fabric of extremely high productivity with the water absorbing and quick drying property in view of the background of the conventional art. SOLUTION: This paper yarn woven/knitted fabric comprises paper yarns each with the core of fibrous yarn covered with the sheath of fibrous paper, or paper yarns formed by blend twisting of fibrous yarns and fibrous paper together.
