<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining method capable of enhancing machining accuracy of a work piece, in particular uniformity in engraving by evenly making adhere and distributing carbon produced as a byproduct, a manufacturing method for an ink jet recording head using the laser beam machining method, and the ink jet recording head by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In conducting abrasion machining by a laser beam, the machining area for the work piece is divided so that the divided areas do not make side-contact with one another, on the other hand, the area of 50% or less of the entire machining area of the work piece is subjected to simultaneous machining through a trimming mask filter, and the mask filter is moved in terms of elapsed-time so as to integrally machine the entire maching area of the work piece evenly.</p> |
