MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH LUMINANCE DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high luminance decorative sheet capable of adding high luminance and good design, coping with a small lot and giving excellent picture and surface shape which can not be obtained by resin impregnation. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a high luminance decorative sheet comprises forming a single color printed layer of a colored ink or a pattern printed layer on a surface of a mold releasable film made of a polyethyleneterephthalate resin, coating the printed layer 50 to 400μm in thickness with an ionizing radiation curable transparent resin coating containing 1 to 15 wt.% of at least one metallic tone scale-shaped particle selected from a metal flat particle and a metal oxide treated mica and curing the coating by irradiating ionizing radiation on it.
