PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inexpensive coil-shaped optical conductive path, having stable quality and a structure for the same, by which the optical conductive path is formed in high density and the conductive path is hardly deteriorated. SOLUTION: After an inorganic core layer 2 is laminated on a quartz glass cylindrical body 1, a spiral inorganic core layer 3 of >=0.0001 mm in width and >=0.0001 mm in height is formed through a photo process, and one clad layer 4 formed in >=0.0001 mm in height is formed thereon. |
