PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent/transparent flame-retardant thin walled resin molding having excellent impact resistance and flame-retardancy, and preferably usable as translucent/transparent electric insulating parts and various housing parts. SOLUTION: This translucent/transparent flame-retardant thin walled resin molding having 0.05 to 1 mm thickness is obtained by molding a resin composition comprising (A) 70 to 98 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate-based resin, (B) 1 to 20 pts.wt of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin comprising (b-1) a graft polymer obtained by polymerizing one or more monomers selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer, vinyl cyanide, and (meth)acrylic acid esters in the presence of a rubbery polymer, or (b-2) a (co)polymer obtained by polymerizing one or more monomers selected from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, vinyl cyanide, and (meth)acrylic acid esters with the graft polymer (b-1), and (C) 1 to 20 pts.wt. of a phosphorus-based flame retardant (the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 pts.wt.), wherein the rate of the rubbery polymer component in the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin is 0.5 to 5 wt.%.
