发明名称 METHOD FOR ANALYZING LIFE OF CLAUS PLANT CATALYSIS
摘要 PURPOSE: An analyzing method of a Claus plant catalysis is provided to diagnose the reduction of an active and to decide the replacing time of the catalysis by a fractional conversion experimentation of H2S, an XRD(X-ray Diffraction) and an XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy). CONSTITUTION: A graph of a fractional reactivity through a fractional conversion experimentation of H2S is drawn by collecting a catalysis reacted in a Claus plant. A fractional conversion rate of H2S and the reactivity are calculated. The cause of the reactivity reduction is decided by measuring an XRD of the collected catalysis and analyzing the whole phase change of the catalysis. A graph is drawn by measuring an XPS of the collected catalysis. A sulfurated degree is decided by analyzing a solid phase. A replacing time of the catalysis is decided from the sulfurated degree based on the analyzed results. Thereby, the cause of the activation reduction of the catalysis is analyzed clearly and the replacing time of the catalysis is decided.
