PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently enhance an oil mist collecting performance of a noncombustible filter in a kitchen exhaust system for exhausting kitchen exhaust air from a grease filter (7) to an atmosphere through an air exhaust passage (4). SOLUTION: The kitchen exhaust system supplies ion from an ion generator (10) into the air exhaust passage (4) to charge the oil mist in the kitchen exhaust air, then passes the exhaust air through the noncharged noncombustible filter (30) to capture the oil mist through electrical attraction to the filter (30). |
