PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orginal plate for a planographic printing plate capable of repeatedly performing printing having high sensitivity and excellent in plate wear and antisumming properties by the same printing press performing printing work by performing the formation of the original plate for the planographic printing plate and the making of a printing plate on the same printing press, a printing method and a printing press. SOLUTION: A process for forming a particle layer (image forming layer) 13 by applying an electric field across the hydrophilic support 11, which has a hydrophilic layer containing anatase type titanium fine particles, and high-molecular polymer fine particles having charge arranged on the plate cylinder 1 of the printing press to electrically deposit the high-molecular polymer fine particles on the support, a process for imagewise exposing the particle layer 13 and a process for performing printing after removing a non-image part by ink, water or rubbing and washing a plate surface by chemical or physical treatment after the completion of printing to remove the image on the plate surface and performing the irradiation of the plate surface with ultraviolet rays by an ultraviolet irradiation device 8 to regenerate the hydrophilic support 11 are provided. |
