INJECTION APPARATUS AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive injection apparatus not becoming large- scaled and capable of shortening a molding cycle. SOLUTION: The injection apparatus has the injection nozzle 18 attached to the leading end of an injection cylinder 12 and injecting the resin charged by the injection screw 14 in the injection cylinder 12 and the shut-off device 16 attached to the injection nozzle 18. The injection nozzle 18 has a main resin passage 24 for injecting the resin from the tip of the injection nozzle 18 and a dwelling bypass resin passage 26 allowing the main resin passage 24 and a shut-off position A as well as the shut-off position A and the tip of the injection nozzle 18 to communicate with each other. The shut-off apparatus 16 has a shut-off plunger 36 capable of advancing not only to the shut-off position A of the main resin passage 24 but also to the dwelling bypass passage 26 from the shut-off position A.
