PURPOSE: To contrive the reduction of number of parts, improvement of workability in assembling as well as accuracy in size and the simplification of a mold by a method wherein a discharging block is constituted of the integrated resin molding, in which the size of the thicknesses of a connecting part between a nose unit and an air deflecting plate as well as a connecting part between the air deflecting plate and a cooperating plate is made smaller than the other parts, to provide it with the function of hinge due to the flexibility thereof. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning machine is provided with a decorative cover 5, on which a suction grille for sucking air is formed, a cabinet 1, formed so as to be combined with the decorative cover 5, and a discharging block 4, equipped with a discharging port for discharging air sucked through the grille. Further, the discharging block 4 is provided with a nose unit 4c, a plurality of left-and-right air-deflecting plates 4a and a cooperating plate 4b, operated in conjunction with the air deflecting plates 4a, along the axial direction of a fan 2. In this case, the discharging block 4 is produced by the integrated molding of polypropylene, in which the size of thicknesses of a connecting part between the nose unit 4c and the left-and-right air deflecting plates as well as the connecting part between the air deflecting plates 4a and the cooperating plate 4b is made smaller than the thicknesses of other parts. On the other hand, the connecting parts are provided with the function of hinge by the flexibility thereof. |
